The Foundation is proud to partner with The Orbispace Initiative to support and empower the next generation of female leaders through STEM. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating meaningful pathways for young women to build skills, confidence, and ambition in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. It also recognises the importance of nurturing leadership and creativity alongside technical capability. Together, we are working to open doors and expand possibilities for young women at pivotal stages of their development.
Delta serves as the programs Ambassador of Confidence, Communication and Creativity. In this role, Delta champions the value of self belief, strong communication, and creative thinking as essential foundations for long term success. – qualities that are central to empowering young women to thrive within STEM and beyond.
At the heart of the partnership is a shared belief that lasting impact is created when education, opportunity, and encouragement come together. By supporting young women at critical stages of their education, the Foundation and The Orbispace Initiative aim to remove barriers to participation in STEM and empower participants to see themselves as confident, capable future leaders.
Throughout the year, the Foundation will engage with participants through workshops, events, and learning experiences that build confidence, strengthen communication, and encourage creative problem solving.
