The Delta Goodrem Foundation has identified that supporting nurses is a natural
way to extend Delta’s long-standing connection and appreciation of nurses through
her own journey as a patient.
We are proud to announce the launch of a new initiative to
recognise and thank Australia’s Nurses for the invaluable contribution they make every
day to those facing adversity.
Initially launching in partnership with St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, the Delta Goodrem
Foundation’s ‘Delta’s Angels and Hero’s’ Nursing Recognition Program will honour
and reward exceptional nurses who have demonstrated exemplary care, leadership, or
innovation at work.
This annual, hallmark program will coincide with International Nurses Day celebrated
on 12 May each year, commencing in May 2024 when we will be announcing the
inaugural recipients.

Foundation to help us provide these everyday Angels and Heroes with care packs,
education scholarships and prizes to recognize our nurses and support their
professional development.
