Win Lunch with Delta

The winner of the Delta Goodrem Foundation’s “Lunch with Delta” competition was drawn on Wednesday 16 April 2025. Chris Rutherford of NSW was randomly selected as the winning recipient and has been advised by phone and email.

Delta Goodrem Foundation “Lunch with Delta” Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is The Delta Goodrem Foundation Ltd (ABN: 51 577 187 160), a registered charity with the purpose of funding meaningful change in health and wellbeing across Australia.

2. Competition Overview

Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the draw to win a lunch with Delta Goodrem for themselves and up to three (3) guests for every five Australian dollars (AUD $5.00) donated to the Delta Goodrem Foundation during the promotional period.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and its partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries involved in administering the competition are ineligible to enter.
  • All entrants must provide valid contact details for verification purposes.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must make a donation of at least AUD $5.00 to the Delta Goodrem Foundation during the competition period.
  • Each increment of $5 donated counts as one (1) automatic entry. For example, a $25 donation equals five (5) entries.
  • Donations are non-refundable and tax-deductible in accordance with Australian tax law.
  • Entries must be received within the competition period to be valid.

5. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on 14 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 15 April 2025.  No entries will be accepted outside of this period.

6. Prize

  • The prize consists of a private lunch experience with Delta Goodrem for the winner and three (3) guests at a venue and date to be determined in consultation with the Promoter.
  • The experience will take place in Sydney, NSW, and includes a hosted meal.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Travel and accommodation costs are not included and must be covered by the winner and their guests.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in a draw conducted on 16 April 2025 under the supervision of an independent scrutineer.
  • The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • The winner’s name will also be published on the Delta Goodrem Foundation website and social media channels.

8. Privacy and Consent

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and storing their personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition and future fundraising activities.

9. Liability and Indemnity

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) in connection with the competition, the prize, or participation in the prize event, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time for any reason.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
